It came broken

Just open as our due date approaches and our pushchair is broken as it is not opening completely. It goes from folding position to unfolded but the latch on right side doesnot engage and hence its very unstable. Useless perhaps. Not to mention the anxiety it is giving me after spending a good amount of savings and on top of that due date being just less than 2 weeks away
